I can't even count the number of times a day I loose my keys, or the number of the times I have to go back into the house for something after everyone is loaded in the car. Girl scouts meetings have been missed a few times and one time both Michael and I almost forgot to pick Kayden up from girl scouts (not cause we forgot about her, but because we forgot about the meeting altogether and she goes with the troop straight from school). Today I got into the office and saw an email with the subject line "Please don't forget about me"...probably because the person asked me for something and then reminded me twice after to send it to her (that is the last time I promise someone something 10 min after they ask for it). Tuesday Kaylee had to remind me about the book I promised her to read, but sadly I forgot and there was no time, and Wednesday the same scenario played out with Kayden...again, I had promised and ran out of time.
These examples are nothing...I could go on and on all day cause there is not one thing I do that makes me remember I have forgotten about something else. I realize it happens when your a mom, I started experiencing forgetfulness after baby #1, but now I have an extreme case. A standing ovation to the women with 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 18 children...you are amazing!
And this my friends is my excuse for the lack of blogging, for not even announcing baby #4 was born and how much we love her. For no pictures of Halloween festivities, Thanksgiving festivities and all the things in between.
