Project 3 - Front Room

The room I hated the most is no more. Since I am so tired (we are running on about 3 hours a sleep for 3 nights straight) I think Ill let the pictures speak for themselves right now. It's funny though cause a few of our neighbors have seen the change and they liked the old room better...to each his own I guess.

It didn't take much for the transformation. We started by painting the walls Reflecting Blue by bher (this is a note to self), painted the computer table that had black legs and a goldish top to white legs with a silverish top (we kept the chairs black), took down the blinds and put up some natural colored bamboo, hung drapes, new lights for the computer desk, 3 shelves from Ikea (everything on the shelves was tucked away somewhere in my house), we brought over the foyer table to use as the TV stand and flipped the fan blades over to the lighter shade. We would still like to get a rug, a different TV statnd and some big white fluffy pillows for the couch, but for now we are extrememly happy with the change. It is so very relaxing to be in this room I am typing in at this very minute and rambling cause I am about to fall asleep....goodnight.
